What you’ll do:

• Lead the strategic development and execution of a prescription brand portfolio
• Translate clinical evidence, treatment guidelines, and disease insights into impactful marketing strategies
• Drive brand positioning, growth, and lifecycle management
• Shape how healthcare professionals engage with clinical data and products
• Work cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory, and other teams to deliver aligned outcomes
• Guide and develop a team of Rx Brand Managers

What we’re looking for:

• MBChB degree (qualified medical doctor)
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience
• Strong interest in healthcare strategy, pharmaceutical innovation, and applying clinical evidence in new ways
• Ability to interpret complex data and turn it into clear, practical messaging
• Leadership potential and strong stakeholder engagement skills
