About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic marketing professional to lead the launch and growth of our new SaaS product. This role requires complete ownership of marketing strategy, execution, and performance tracking in an unstructured, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for a new SaaS product
• Identify, test, and scale the most effective marketing channels (performance, digital, partnerships, etc.)
• Drive product awareness, lead generation, demos, and conversions
• Plan and execute content marketing initiatives, including blogs, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
• Create or oversee high-quality written content to support SEO, engagement, and demand generation
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns (drip campaigns, newsletters, product communication)
• Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
• Define clear timelines, KPIs, and expected outcomes for all marketing activities
• Track and report actual vs expected performance to stakeholders
• Clearly communicate product value proposition to target customers (B2B/service providers)
• Collaborate with internal teams for positioning, messaging, and integrations
Requirements
• Proven experience in SaaS / B2B marketing
• Experience in launching or scaling a product from scratch
• Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid ads, email marketing, content marketing)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on experience in content marketing, blog writing, and email campaigns
• Ability to translate complex product features into simple, compelling messaging
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience with CRM and marketing tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Knowledge of subscription-based SaaS business models
• Experience targeting service-based businesses
