Who we are

smartNsales is a SaaS-enabled marketplace connecting FMCG brands and markets across Switzerland and beyond. We're growing and looking for someone to own our marketing function end to end.

The role

You'll be our first marketing hire, working closely with the founders across brand, content, campaigns, and sales enablement. This is a broad role with real ownership and room to grow.

What you'll do

• Build and own our brand identity and positioning across all touchpoints in EN/FR/DE
• Translate product features into clear value propositions for our target audiences
• Run demand generation and B2B email campaigns to support the sales pipeline
• Maintain and grow our website and SEO performance
• Produce sales assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and outreach sequences
• Manage our LinkedIn and social presence with a consistent publishing cadence
• Create on-brand visuals for social, decks, and campaigns
• Turn product updates and milestones into content: blog posts, newsletters, explainer videos
• Support event presence and PR outreach
• Track and report on marketing performance monthly

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in B2B marketing, SaaS or marketplace experience a plus
• Ability to translate SaaS features and data into clear business value for prospects
• Retail or FMCG brands background is a plus
• Fluent in English and German, French is a strong plus
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow
• A self-starter who spots gaps and fixes them without waiting to be asked
• High level of motivation and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done fast
• Based in or around Lucerne, able to commute to our central Luzern HQ
