Role Overview

We seek a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead transformative customer programs, guiding clients from vision to execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Transformation Leadership: Establish and drive the transformation vision and roadmap for marketing strategy, operational models, and execution for significant clients.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and guide a diverse global team of strategists, martech/data specialists, journey and CRM practitioners, and marketing operations experts in an AI‑enabled collaborative setting.
  • End‑to‑End Transformation Delivery: Manage the design and implementation of scalable marketing workflows, including planning, governance, and AI‑enhanced content and campaign operations across digital channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing or customer experience consulting roles.
  • Proven track record in leading marketing strategy and execution programs or customer‑facing transformation projects from start to finish.
  • Expertise in marketing strategy, performance marketing, operational modeling, martech, CRM, and campaign development across various channels.
  • Experience managing large global teams in hybrid or distributed environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on guidance.
  • Outstanding communication, storytelling, and problem‑solving skills, with a strong client‑facing presence that influences senior stakeholders.
  • Passion for mentoring and nurturing marketing talent.
  • Curiosity and/or experience in AI‑driven marketing.
  • Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours as needed.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the EY office and client sites; a driver's license is strongly encouraged.
