Job Description
For our Swiss Market department, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Manager at our headquarters in Le Locle who can identify with our company. In this role, you will lead the marketing department in the Swiss market and manage a team of one employee. Your responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Management, development, implementation, and monitoring of the marketing plan for the Swiss market (traditional and digital media, partnerships, events, and PR) in accordance with Tissot International guidelines
- Responsibility for, as well as creation and optimization of, the local marketing budget for the Swiss market
- Leading the marketing team for the Swiss market
- Planning and monitoring the cooperative marketing plan with key accounts and retail
- Definition, planning, and monitoring of promotions in collaboration with our customers
- Coordination between Tissot International Marketing and the Swiss market
- Implementation of local Swiss partnership agreements
- Management of Swiss Friends of the Brand
In addition to your daily tasks, you will manage various projects and work closely with the Brand Manager, Logistics, Decoration Department, Sales, Tissot International, and external customers on a daily basis.

Professional Requirements
- Completed education as a Federal Diploma in Marketing Management or similar
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager
- 2-3 years of management experience
- Very good knowledge of communication, including classical advertising, digital marketing, social media, and events
- Experience in fast-paced work environments across Switzerland
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Languages
- Flawless command of German and French
- Good knowledge of English
