Your Perspectives

  • Responsibility: You will take on the central role for maintaining and further developing our corporate website with numerous country-specific microsites. With both excellent technical and content understanding, you will ensure that our website is always up-to-date and user-centric. You will regularly update and optimize the website. You will work data-driven, use insights from tracking and analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and derive concrete measures from them. Always with the goal of improving the user journey and sustainably increasing the performance of our website.
  • Online Marketing: You are proficient in all matters concerning SEO (SEMrush)/GEO and SEA and will significantly drive our online and performance marketing activities. Together with our campaign managers, you will increase our digital reach, interactions, and conversion rates. Experience in e-mail marketing (Evalanche) and social media (LinkedIn) is a plus.
  • Content is King! With your excellent linguistic skills, including in English, you will always ensure the error-free and media-appropriate presentation of our complex technical topics for the various online channels.

You have sound experience in managing corporate websites (Typo3) and a good understanding of the most important online marketing disciplines – from SEO/GEO and SEA to performance campaigns and web analytics tools like GA4. You are familiar with current online trends, especially regarding AI solutions, and implement them in a target-group-oriented manner. A convincing and confident demeanor, as well as a structured and reliable way of working, complete your profile.
  • Your Academic Background: You have completed a degree in Marketing/Communication, Digital Media/Online Marketing, or Business Administration with relevant specializations and at least 5 years of professional experience. Through continuous further training, you stay up-to-date in the rapidly evolving online world, bringing the best prerequisites to get started with us directly.

  • Du übernimmst die zentrale Rolle zur Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Unternehmenswebsite mit zahlreichen länderspezifischen Microsites.
  • Du sorgst sowohl mit sehr gutem technischem als auch inhaltlichem Verständnis dafür, dass unsere Website immer up to date und nutzerzentriert ist.
  • Du aktualisierst und optimierst die Website regelmäßig.
  • Dabei arbeitest du datenbasiert, nutzt Insights aus Tracking- und Analysetools (z.B. Google Analytics) und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab.

  • Gemeinsam mit unseren Campaign Managern steigerst du unsere digitale Reichweite, Interaktionen und Konversionsraten.
  • Mit deinem exzellenten sprachlichen Ausdrucksvermögen, auch im Englischen, hast du stets ein Auge auf die fehlerfreie und mediengerechte Darstellung unserer komplexen Fachthemen für die verschiedenen Online-Kanäle.
