Marketing Manager:in – Business Units / Programs
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the marketing and sales support of selected business units or their programs, from positioning to implementation
- You develop integrated marketing and go-to-market strategies to increase visibility, demand, and participant numbers
- You manage and optimize lead-generating measures along the entire funnel (e.g., digital campaigns, content, events)
- You act as a central point of contact and sparring partner for program managers in all marketing and sales matters
- You coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders (e.g., agencies, specialists) and ensure consistent implementation
- You plan and are responsible for budgets, resources, and priorities for the marketing of your business unit(s)
- You analyze market, customer, and performance data and derive concrete optimization measures from it
- You actively contribute to the further development of our marketing and sales processes and to the bundling of competencies within the team
Profile
- You have several years of experience in marketing (company, organization/association, or agency), ideally related to services or complex offerings
- You think strategically and consistently and independently implement your ideas
- You understand target groups and their needs and translate them into relevant content and effective communication
- You act entrepreneurially and manage marketing measures with a clear focus on impact, demand, and results
- You move confidently in an environment with diverse stakeholders and interests and manage to advance topics and build trust
- You work in a structured, self-reliant manner and maintain an overview even in complex environments
- You are team-oriented, open to change, and actively contribute to the development and advancement of a shared understanding of marketing
- You have experience with marketing performance, automation, and AI-supported tools (CRM, CMS, analytics platforms, etc.)
- You believe in "lifelong learning" and are generally education-affine and interested
- You are innovative, creative, and courageous in your proposals and decisions
- You communicate fluently in German and English
