Die gesamte Unternehmensgruppe inklusive den Bereichen Bio-Technologie und erneuerbare Energien (Schaumann Group) behaupten in diesem Segment die Marktführerschaft.

Zum nächstmöglichen Termin suchen wir für unsere Zentrale in Pinneberg bei Hamburg einen Head of Marketing (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) im Rahmen eines unbefristeten Anstellungsverhältnisses.

What Awaits You

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: You will conceptualize strong marketing strategies and translate them into effective measures together with your team.
• Group-wide Development: You will manage the national and international further development of marketing for all companies in the Schaumann Group.
• Holistic Communication: You will be responsible for all communication measures – online and offline – from planning to final implementation.
• Driving Innovation: You will establish AI-supported and digital approaches that will take the group's marketing to the next level.

What You Bring

• Solid Qualification: Successfully completed studies with a focus on marketing or a comparable field.
• Leadership Experience: 3-5 years of disciplinary leadership experience in a comparable marketing management position.
• International Marketing Expertise: Experience in developing and managing international campaigns.
• Digitalization & AI: Practical experience in applying modern AI tools and digital solutions in marketing.
• Social Media Competence: Experience in conceptualizing and implementing social media content and strategies.
• Initiative: A high degree of initiative and personal responsibility.
• Language & IT Skills: Very good German language skills and confident English language skills, both written and spoken.

Salary: EUR 43200 - 72000 per year
