The IBP Group operates two production sites in Europe and employs a total of around 1,000 people in production and sales. We are looking for you as a

Marketing Employee / Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the management and further development of our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook) – from content planning and implementation to performance analysis (all in close coordination with the Marketing Manager).
• Participation in the creation and management of marketing materials – e.g., graphically implementing technical brochures and sales flyers according to CI guidelines.
• Graphical creation of POS and advertising materials – roll-ups, online advertisements, etc.
• Participation in the procurement and management of advertising materials.

Your Qualifications

• You have completed vocational training or a university degree.
• You have initial experience (or more!) in marketing.
• Proficient in using the Adobe Suite (especially image and video editing).
• Knowledge in the area of social media (algorithms, advertising, etc.).
• Conscientious, self-directed, and independent way of working.
• You can communicate well in German, both written and spoken.
• English language skills are an advantage (we work closely with our international marketing team).
