At Conservative Financial Solutions, we’re looking for a Marketing Operations & Growth Coordinator to help drive the next phase of our growth.

This role sits at the intersection of:

  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Client Experience

You’ll work directly with leadership to:

  • Improve how we generate leads
  • Strengthen follow-up and conversion systems
  • Launch new campaigns
  • Bring structure and accountability to our marketing efforts

What You’ll Own

Growth & Campaigns

  • Develop and launch new lead generation initiatives
  • Test new ideas beyond our current channels (events, referrals, paid media)
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance

Data & Insights

  • Turn marketing data into clear, actionable insights
  • Build simple dashboards the team actually uses
  • Identify what’s working—and scale it

Follow-Up & Conversion Systems

  • Build structured follow-up processes for leads and event attendees
  • Ensure high-value prospects are properly nurtured
  • Help improve conversion from lead → client

Marketing Operations

  • Oversee execution across:
    • CRM (Redtail)
    • Email marketing (Constant Contact, Snappy Kraken)
    • Event/seminar systems
  • Improve consistency, speed, and accountability

Leadership (Growth Opportunity)

  • Provide direction and accountability to existing team members
  • Help raise the performance standard across the department
  • Grow into a leadership role over time

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • A consistent, measurable follow-up system is in place
  • 1–2 new lead generation campaigns launched
  • Marketing reporting becomes actionable and used regularly
  • Increased urgency and execution across the team

Who You Are

  • Have 3–7+ years in marketing, growth, or campaign management

  • Are comfortable working with data and making decisions from it

Compensation

This is a salary + performance-based incentive role.

  • Base salary starting at $65,000
  • Performance bonuses tied to marketing results and company growth
  • Higher compensation available for candidates with proven experience and track record

We are looking for the right person, not just the lowest number. If you’ve delivered real results, we’re open to structuring compensation accordingly.
