Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to oversee and optimize marketing operations, execution, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational leadership, experience within multinational environments, and a solid understanding of marketing execution—preferably within retail or fintech sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring efficient execution of campaigns and initiatives. Coordinate marketing activities across teams to support business growth and brand objectives. Drive operational excellence by improving marketing processes, timelines, and performance tracking. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing operations with business goals. Support campaign planning, execution, and reporting across channels.

Requirements

Mid/Senior-level experience in Operations Management, preferably within a multinational organization. Background in retail or fintech is highly preferred. Strong understanding of marketing operations and campaign execution. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

Marketing experience or exposure to brand/field marketing operations. Basic proficiency in Photoshop or similar design tools for creating simple posters or flyers.
