Role Responsibilities

  • Own and manage core marketing technology platforms including CRM, marketing automation, email marketing tools, and emerging AI applications
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, IT, and other internal teams to support system integrations, enhancements, and issue resolution
  • Manage vendor relationships and stay current on platform capabilities, updates, and new features
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualizations to track campaign performance and marketing effectiveness
  • Define, track, and report on key marketing KPIs, including engagement, conversion, and ROI metrics
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve marketing performance and inform strategy
  • Develop and enforce standardized processes for campaign execution, QA, traffic management, and reporting
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, system usability, and overall marketing operations efficiency
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across marketing workflows, tools, and processes

Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a related technical marketing role
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and managing marketing databases
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and present insights in a clear, actionable way
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks for marketing performance tracking
  • Familiarity with campaign execution workflows, traffic management systems, and marketing operations processes
  • Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $110-140K DOE
