Immo-Ressource is a young, growing company specializing in digital lead generation and qualification for selected real estate agents in Switzerland and Germany. We work with modern tools, clear processes, and a high standard of efficiency and quality. Our campaigns target real estate sellers – so you will be working on real projects with visible results.

Your Role

As a Marketing Intern, you will actively support the development and ongoing improvement of our marketing efforts.

With us, you are not just present, but in the thick of it: You will create appealing content, manage paid ads, and develop creative campaigns that deliver measurable results. You will work closely with the team to continuously optimize our lead generation, branding, and performance.

Your Tasks

• Creation of visuals, content, and materials for social media, landing pages, ads, and other campaigns
• Assistance in the conception and management of paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) and ad management
• Support in lead nurturing: building and maintaining campaigns
• Analysis and reporting of marketing KPIs for ongoing optimization
• Assistance in the development and implementation of branding strategies
• Close collaboration with the sales team to improve the conversion journey

What You Bring

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, or Design
• Analytical and structured way of working with a high quality standard
• Excellent German language skills
• Fluent English
• French is an advantage
• Eagerness to learn, take responsibility, and develop long-term
• Enthusiasm for digital marketing and interest in the real estate industry
• Plus: a nice handwriting ;)
