About the Role

Join our team as a Product Designer and help shape the future of digital experiences. We're looking for a creative individual who can lead design initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for key workflows, ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define project roadmaps and sprint plans.
• Translate customer and business requirements into engaging user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing and leverage research to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
• Own the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring designs meet compliance and accessibility standards.
• Foster a culture of feedback through effective design critiques and support the growth of team members.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and modern prototyping software.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in designing for complex workflows, dashboards, and self-service applications.
• Familiarity with AI/automation UX design and an understanding of Responsible AI principles.
• Background in regulated industries such as financial services or insurance.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods to drive design decisions.
