Responsibilities
Client Communication
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals, building trust, and ensuring that this is translated into actionable tasks. You will work hand in hand with your Marketing Director who will be the main client lead.
Reporting Oversight
- Own the execution of marketing reports internal and external ensuring that we always have the correct data.
Team Coordination & Resource Management
- Collaborate daily with design, content, strategy, and SEO, paid and leadership teams to define tasks, timelines, and ensure execution to standard.
Budget & Timeline Management
- Plan and manage monthly resource allocation and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
Meeting Coordination
- Lead internal meetings and support your Marketing Director in client meetings, presenting updates, reports, and recommendations. You will be the main point of contact when your Marketing Director is on leave and vice versa.
Project Escalation
- Proactively address blockers, identify delivery risks and elevate accordingly.
Process Improvement
- Identify internal process gaps and collaborate to evolve how we work smarter.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of at least two digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Email).
- Confident client communicator with experience leading client meetings and presenting reports.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams at once.
- Experience using project management tools (Teamwork experience is a plus).
- Strong copywriting and English-speaking skills.
- High level of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Availability of working EST hours (7 AM to 4 PM).
- Proactive and solution-oriented personality.

Additional Information
- This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US.
- Require team members to work 7am to 4pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.
