Marketing Project Manager LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a marketing project manager with 5 or more years of experience for a contract opportunity for a non profit organization in Washington DC. This role is hybrid 2 days in office 3 days work from home. This is a great contract role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Manage planning, coordination, and execution of projects tied to company's brand transition.
- Maintain detailed project plans, trackers, risk logs, and reporting dashboards to ensure visibility and momentum across all workstreams.
- Evaluate current processes, intake systems, approval workflows, and communication pathways.
- Identify opportunities to streamline work, reduce friction, and improve collaboration within the creative function.
- Facilitate meetings, briefings, and working sessions that bring together stakeholders to surface progress, challenges, and key insights throughout the transition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Comfortable developing systems, processes, and documentation that support scalable, efficient teamwork.
- Comfortable using metrics and data to refine workflows, evaluate progress, and support decision-making.
- Clear communicator able to translate complex information into easy-to-understand actions.
Experience
- 5+ years experience managing multi-stakeholder, cross-functional projects—ideally involving brand transitions, creative workflows, or organizational change.
Employment Type
- 6 month contract
Compensation
- $40.00-$46.68 per hour
