Marketing Project Manager

Company Overview

babybub is a fast-growing DTC brand in the pregnancy and maternity space ( babybub.com ). We’re hiring a Marketing Project Manager to become the connective tissue of our marketing engine.

Responsibilities

• Own the launch calendar, keeping vendors on deadline and on spec.
• Build the SOPs that maintain efficiency in creative, paid, CRO, email, and creator pipelines.
• Direct access to our marketing co-founder and the mandate to build the operating playbook.
• Deep exposure to operations in a fast-growing DTC brand.
• Marketing launch orchestration from kickoff to full rollout.
• Manage creative production pipeline (briefs, review cycles, approvals).
• Coordinate creator and UGC (samples, briefs, payments, ingestion).
• Implement CRO QA discipline with our CRO specialist.
• Conduct PDP and web build QA with our web development contractor.
• Oversee email, paid media, and reporting cadence with our agency partners.
• Deliver the launch playbook, CRO QA checklist, creator payment SOP, vendor report cadence, and creative brief workflow in the first 90 days.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of PM, marketing ops, or growth ops experience at a DTC brand, growth agency, or fast-paced e-commerce/SaaS company.
• Real DTC marketing literacy (creative briefs, email flows, ads readiness, CRO QA).
• Experience building an Asana workspace from scratch in a previous role.
• Proficiency in daily AI tools like Claude or GPT, with at least one AI workflow to showcase.
• Ability to chase vendors independently without founder backup.
• Ability to stay calm in founder-led chaos.

Not Suitable For

• A pure ops, logistics, or product PM (we have that covered).
• A Chief of Staff, enterprise survivor, career EA, or side agency owner.
• Individuals under 2 years of experience, or over 4 years of experience.

Location

Remote within Asia-Pacific; you’ll overlap with Hong Kong business hours (GMT+8). Locations include Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, and Australia.

Compensation

Generous base salary plus performance bonuses (we’re a bonus-heavy company). 90-day probation period.
