La Blutique ist Deutschlands erstes unabhängiges Fachgeschäft für nachhaltige Menstruationsprodukte – und weit mehr als ein Laden. Wir verbinden Retail, Community-Arbeit, Forschungskooperationen und digitale Projekte zu einem wachsenden Ökosystem rund um Menstruationsgesundheit. What you'll do

In the Store (Berlin-Friedrichshain)

Weekdays 3 PM - 7 PM and Saturdays 11 AM - 5 PM – You are the point of contact, advisor, and brand ambassador.

In the Home Office

Focus on Marketing and Social Media: Content creation, community management, campaigns.

Prospectively

Those who grow with us can take on more responsibility. We are thinking La Blutique further – and are looking for someone who wants to be there when new projects are created.

What we're looking for

• Experience or genuine interest in social media, content, and digital marketing
• Enjoy direct customer contact in the store
• Basic knowledge of at least one of the tools: Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Klaviyo, Google Analytics / Search Console
• Willingness to undergo further training
• Ideally: Experience in funding, crowdfunding, or startup structures
• Identification with our values: feminist, sustainable, honest
