Marketing / Sales Assistant

About

Seeking a marketing / sales assistant to support with internal projects management and organization. This is a part time, approximately 10 hours / week role.

Requirements (MUST Haves)

• Organized
• Efficient & reliable project manager
• Great communicator – comfortable over confirming/not assuming, and comfortable reaching out to different team members when necessary
• Sees internal team members as their customer
• Experienced using data for daily / weekly / monthly reporting on KPIs
• Flexible
• Takes feedback well
• Solid writer who can contribute to blog posts; excellent proof editor
• Curious/loves to learn
• Innovative
• Passionate
• English native speaker (or native-like level)
• Ideally able to overlap with morning EST hours

Nice to Have

• Experience in social media with posting and creatives
• Email marketing experience with sending out newsletters
• Sales assistant experience – working with pipelines , organizing and keeping track of sales activities

Responsibilities / daily & weeky tasks

• Manage the agency’s content calendar and make sure the marketing activities happen per schedule
• Follow up with stakeholders as needed to ensure marketing activities are completed on time
• Create and maintain structures for reporting on marketing KPIs and activities
• Contribute to blog posts and social media posts
• Coordinate and follow up with other team members and resources to ensure timely delivery of projects
