As a Marketing & Sales Support Manager, you will be the central hub connecting Sales, Marketing, and Contract Management. You will orchestrate content, campaigns, and touchpoints throughout the customer journey, ensure data and process quality in our systems, and support our Key Account Managers in lead processing and the offer process.

Responsibilities

  • Continuous market development in close coordination with Sales
  • Maintenance, updating, and versioning of references, success stories, data sheets, offer building blocks, CVs, and templates in the Bid-Box/Content Repository
  • Ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and assets
  • Planning and operational support of focus topics and campaigns
  • Recording and qualifying inbound leads, follow-up tracking, and status maintenance in CRM; maintaining target customer lists
  • Maintenance of defined website/intranet/social media sections
  • Competitor and market observation
  • Creation of marketing and pipeline key figures and visualization together with sales reports
  • Administrative tasks, system maintenance, standard offers, invoicing, customer data maintenance, debtor opening, support with complex offers
  • Preparation and recording of contracts in ERP and Contract Management System, administrative processing of invoicing

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (Federal Diploma or equivalent)
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing and administration, ideally in marketing and/or sales departments as well as in a technical environment
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with AI tools for content creation/quality control and with ERP systems as well as social media mechanics
  • Fluent German and good English, French or Italian is an advantage
  • Strong, process-oriented working style with a high quality standard
  • Independent, reliable, and resilient personality with high customer orientation and service mindset
  • Very good communication skills and storytelling competence
