Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a driven, execution-focused Marketing Manager to help scale our digital presence across SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), content optimization, and social media .

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution, improving existing systems, and growing into greater ownership over time .

You will work directly with a Marketing Director who provides overall strategy and guidance. The right candidate must be comfortable executing, learning, improving processes, and gradually taking more responsibility.

This is not a pure strategy role.

This is a doer role for someone who can implement, optimize, and follow through. Key Responsibilities SEO & AEO Execution • Execute on-page SEO improvements and content optimization • Build on existing keyword and content strategies • Optimize content for: • Featured snippets • AI search results • Voice / conversational search • Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) • Work with tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz • Coordinate with external technical SEO partners Content & Optimization • Create and optimize SEO-aligned content • Update and repurpose existing content • Improve rankings, engagement, and conversions Social Media Execution • Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube • Schedule and publish content • Improve quality and consistency • Monitor performance and suggest improvements • Work closely with Marketing Director • Accept feedback and training • Take increasing ownership over time • Contribute ideas to improve performance Qualifications • 3+ years experience in digital marketing, SEO, or content • Strong understanding of on-page SEO • Familiar with AEO / AI search / modern SEO trends • Experience with Google Search Console / SEMrush / Moz • Experience managing social media accounts • Strong writing and attention to detail • Self-starter with high accountability Who This Role Fits Best
