Responsibilities

  • Managing the restaurant's PR and social media channels, including platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
  • Content planning, analytics review, and overseeing influencer collaborations to enhance the brand's reach and engagement.
  • Coordinating and supporting brand and media partnerships.
  • Contributing to press outreach.
  • Assisting with promotional campaigns that elevate the restaurant's visibility and reputation.
  • Meticulous execution of marketing operations such as market research, campaign coordination, budget tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Preparing digital and print marketing materials for various restaurants within the group, ensuring consistent branding and effective promotion of events and new offerings.
  • Supporting new restaurant openings by implementing local marketing strategies, organizing event promotions, and conducting post-opening analysis to optimize results and maximize customer engagement during these critical launch phases.

Qualifications
