What This Role Actually Is

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of your clients’ marketing, understanding their needs, and making informed decisions about budget allocation. You will spend about 30% of your time interacting with clients, while the remaining 70% will involve analysis, problem-solving, and directing an execution team.

Your First Few Months Look Like

• First 30 days: Train on systems, meet initial clients, learn team operations.
• By 60 days: Start running your own client calls and making account recommendations.
• By 90 days: Own your portfolio and develop trust with business owners.

What You Don’t Need to Worry About

You will not be handling every task yourself, as there is an execution team for high-volume work. You will also have access to senior channel directors for complex questions.

Compensation

$60,000 – $100,000+ total compensation, depending on experience, including a base salary, monthly commission, and quarterly bonuses based on performance.
