About the opportunity
As an integral part of the "we can do that" operation, this position is responsible for performing all tasks related to accounts receivables and payables. Specifically:
Responsibilities
- communicate with dealers and provide support on various marketing updates
- update monthly OEM marketing program changes on dealership websites
- log tickets to Graphic Artists, Journalist, and Videographer to complete initiatives
- perform various website updates
- Act as the Point-of-contact for allmarketing-related activities
- developan annual advertising schedule for each assigned dealership, including Parts, Services, and Sales
- plan and executeall web SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- design, build, and maintaina social media presence
- measure and reportthe performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- identifytrends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
- plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- collaborate with the internal team to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize used funnels
- collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- evaluate emerging technologies
- maintain contracts, receipts, and invoices; communicate with dealership managers on current invoice requirements; review reports with respective dealership management
About you
Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in Marketing, including:
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of proven digital marketing experience in the retail environment; dealership preferred
- post-secondary education in marketing, advertising or communications
- proficiency in working with marketing platforms, social media sites, website analytics
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- a desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
