Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth & Marketing Lead.

You will own and drive growth across all marketing channels, with a clear focus on generating leads and increasing revenue.

This role involves:

- Defining and executing growth strategies - Identifying high-impact opportunities (content, trends, funnels) - Managing and guiding social media and content teams - Working closely with the founder on marketing direction

Qualifications

- Solid interest in growth, marketing, and business building - Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decisions - Understanding of content, funnels, and user behavior - Good communication and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with EdTech is a plus - MBA is preferred
