Role Overview
The Marketing Strategy Manager is responsible for shaping and executing integrated brand and campaign strategies that connect clinical excellence with patient-centered storytelling. This role leads positioning, segmentation, and omnichannel campaign design across regional and national initiatives, translating complex clinical and scientific concepts into compelling, accessible messaging for patients, providers, and internal stakeholders.
Working closely with the Senior Director of Marketing, Communications Manager, clinicians, and operational partners, the Marketing Strategy Manager bridges brand strategy, content execution, and event management to build trust, credibility, and measurable impact across audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape brand strategy, positioning, and audience segmentation for clinical, health, and patient-facing initiatives.
- Design and execute integrated campaigns that support organizational goals at the clinic, regional, and headquarters levels.
- Own campaign execution from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with brand voice, clinical accuracy, and performance goals.
- Implement traditional and omnichannel marketing tactics, including radio, podcasts, streaming audio, OTT, print, and out-of-home (OOH) placements such as transit and mall media.
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure high-quality creative production.
- Lead patient-focused and internal content development, including print, digital, video, and presentation materials.
- Translate scientific and clinical messaging into clear, empathetic, and engaging narratives that build patient trust and institutional credibility.
- Support provider onboarding and enablement through photo shoots, video production, and provider bio development.
- Plan and staff local seminars, health fairs, employer benefit events, and regional initiatives.
- Lead execution of webinars and local virtual events.
- Manage sponsorships and opportunities that reinforce brand credibility and community presence.
- Execute national initiatives such as National Infertility Awareness campaigns, national conferences, and educational conferences.
- Work closely with the Communications Manager to ensure alignment across messaging, publicity, and campaign timing.
- Support fellows, regional teams, and cross-departmental stakeholders on one-off or strategic initiatives.
- Partner with clinicians, operations, and leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with care delivery and organizational priorities.
- Use data, insights, and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform ongoing optimization.
- Maintain accountability for outcomes, continuously refining strategies to improve reach, engagement, and impact.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
- 5–8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, brand management, or integrated campaign execution, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or a regulated industry.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns, including traditional media and event-based marketing.
- Experience translating clinical, scientific, or medical information into consumer- or patient-facing messaging.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Experience working cross-functionally with clinical teams, communications, operations, and external agencies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead programs from concept to execution.
- Familiarity with performance measurement, analytics, and campaign optimization best practices.
- Experience supporting or executing conferences, educational events, or awareness campaigns strongly desired.
