For our holding team, based in Düsseldorf's Medienhafen, we are looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager (m/f/d) to support us in achieving our ambitious growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the development, management, and continuous improvement of the press and communication strategy
• Positioning ATTIKON as a trustworthy, influential player in relevant insurance & financial topics
• Management of all external communication measures for sustainable brand and reputation building across all channels
• Development of central narratives, core messages, and topic agendas to shape public perception
• Planning and implementation of effective PR campaigns as well as management of media appearances, interviews, and press conferences
• Close coordination with the board and management level, including monitoring and analysis of media resonance

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or university degree in marketing, communication, design, media design, business administration, or equivalent
• Min. 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or marketing communication
• Conceptual and strategic approach
• Analytical skills as well as an instinct for trends, target groups, and performance optimization
• Ideally, experience in the B2B environment (preferably insurance/financial services)
• Experience in campaign management and in managing agencies and projects
