What You'll Do

• Practical Experience: Understand marketing in textile services. You will learn about the business and marketing processes in the textile services industry, from product cycles to customer experience.
• Department Diversity: You will go through areas such as Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Controlling, and Production Management, gaining insight into how textile processes are interconnected.
• Responsibility: Take on your own tasks, analyze market and customer data, participate in campaigns, and support the optimization of our textile service processes.
• Theory & Practice: Apply the content from the University of Mannheim directly in daily business – from market analyses and assortment decisions to sustainable marketing projects.
• Sustainability: Work on customer-oriented and environmentally friendly solutions that support and further develop our textile circular economy.

Your Profile

• Education: (Technical) high school diploma or equivalent university entrance qualification.
• Interest: Enthusiasm for marketing, business contexts, and sustainable textile solutions.
• Work Style: Independent, structured, and responsible approach.
• Communication: Openness, team spirit, and enjoyment of interaction with customers, colleagues (m/f/d), and specialist departments.
• Motivation: Interest in taking responsibility, developing yourself, and building a deep understanding of modern marketing processes.
• Travel: Practical work near your place of residence; theory in blocks at the University of Mannheim (we will support you with accommodation search).
