RESONSIBILITIES

Develop creative, data-driven marketing strategies for brand growth.

Create campaign concepts, funnels, and messaging strategies.

Guide brand positioning and audience targeting.

Set up, manage, and optimize ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance.

Supervise and coordinate all brand managers.

Review brand performance and guide improvement strategies.

Manage timelines for marketing campaigns and deliverables.

Coordinate tasks across marketing, creative, and content teams.

Ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

2-4+ years experience in digital marketing or brand management.

Strong understanding of performance marketing and brand growth.

Experience managing teams and coordinating projects.

Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
