In this role, you will coordinate content marketing across digital channels (website, newsletter, social media) and manage external communication. You will work closely with marketing and communication projects, including events and partner activities, to consistently position brand messages. You will drive the further development of the website and the editorial planning of LinkedIn content. Your work will support cost savings and efficient daily operations for our customers in the healthcare sector. You will work independently in a cross-functional team and shape content with a focus on CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Planning, editing, and sending newsletters (DE/FR) and content marketing for website, social media, and digital channels.
• Maintaining, updating, and further developing website content, including quality assurance.
• Planning, creating, and managing LinkedIn content, including editorial rhythm.
• Creating marketing, communication, and sales materials as well as event materials according to CI/CD.
• External customer and product communication (product & app updates, delivery & OOS info, news).
• Participating in marketing & communication projects, including events, sponsoring/partner activities, and customer measures (e.g., surveys, Christmas communication).

Qualifications

• Education/further training in marketing, communication, digital marketing, or online marketing.
• Several years of experience in operational marketing with a focus on content marketing & digital channels.
• Very good knowledge of CMS, newsletter tools, and email marketing.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint); experience with layout/content tools (e.g., Adobe/Canva) is an advantage.
• Hands-on mentality, high personal responsibility, and structured way of working.
• Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage.
