Gardia is an innovative Health-Tech company that creates safety and independence for seniors with its intelligent emergency call bracelet – and gives their loved ones peace of mind. Our goal: to offer people security in every stage of life.

To further accelerate our growth in the D2C sector, we are looking for an experienced Team Lead Marketing (m/f/d) to take our marketing strategy to the next level and lead our ambitious team.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Development of the Marketing Team (Performance, Brand, Content, CRM, Design) – including coaching and expanding the team structure
  • Responsibility for our marketing strategy along the entire eCommerce funnel – from awareness to conversion
  • Performance Marketing: You will monitor our Paid Social, SEA, Affiliate, and Email Marketing with a clear ROI focus
  • Driving D2C Growth: Optimization and scaling of our customer acquisition and retention channels
  • Creative campaign development together with Brand & Content – with a focus on our target groups (seniors & relatives)
  • Data-driven work: You will use KPIs, attribution, and testing to make decisions based on facts
  • Collaboration with Product & Customer Success to continuously improve customer journeys, messaging, and product positioning

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in performance or growth marketing in a D2C startup environment
  • Initial leadership experience – you have already successfully led a team or agencies
  • Proven success in scaling paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of attribution, funnels & KPIs
  • Passion for Health-Tech, Age-Tech, or socially relevant products
  • Bonus: Experience with the target group of seniors or their relatives
  • You are hands-on, decisive, and want to make a real impact

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Performance- oder Growth-Marketing im D2C-Startup-Umfeld
