Lead Regeneration's Marketplace as a dedicated Marketplace Manager, fostering community care and support in Brampton. This full-time role emphasizes operational oversight, volunteer coordination, and compassionate service delivery.

In this permanent position, you will report to the Director of Operations and manage the day-to-day activities of the Regeneration Marketplace. Key responsibilities include developing standard operating procedures, ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining inventory, and modeling positive relationships with guests and volunteers. Your leadership will enhance service efficiency and program quality in line with our core values of love, integrity, hope, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and uphold standard operating procedures
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Coordinate inventory and identify promotional needs
• Manage Marketplace staff and volunteer training
• Oversee on-site food bank service and cleanliness

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social services
• Diploma in Social Service Work or equivalent
• G Class driver's license
• Food Handler Certification is an asset
• Experience in food banks is preferred
