About the role
The Opportunity
CACI is looking for an experienced Trainer to support the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA's) Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS) Program.
Responsibilities
- Provide formal and informal training via in-person (deskside and classroom), and distance methods (DVTC, IC Connect, Adobe Connect), as part of CACI's MARS FSR_PM team supporting the MARS Program Management Office (PMO).
- Train MARS capabilities associated with the User Interface and associated MARS functions, including Infrastructure, Order of Battle, Intelligence Mission Data, Cyber, Space/Counter-Space, and Targeting.
- Create, review, improve, and enhance additions to existing MARS course material in collaboration with government stakeholders.
- Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations, including but not limited to, geographic Component Commands (CCMDs), Service Intel Centers, and other IC/DoD government locations.
- Analyze and communicate, to the appropriate stakeholders, all community/user feedback with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting MARS user adoption.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience conducting training.
- Working understanding of the DIAs Modern Integrated Data Base (MIDB) and familiarization with the Machine-assisted Analytic Rapid-repository System (MARS).
- Working knowledge and use of adult learning, course and curriculum evaluation, the ADDIE model, and Bloom's Taxonomy.
- Current, Top-Secret, clearance with the ability to receive Specialized Compartmented Information (SCI), and the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph.
Desired:
- Experience as a DoD or University instructor providing instruction and training.
- Experience with the intelligence analysis process with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Knowledge of the National Defense Strategy (NDS), National Intelligence Priority Framework (NIPF), Intelligence Community Directives, and applicable Executive Orders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field

The proposed salary range for this position is: $61,600-$129,300
