MarTech Product Manager - AI & Brand Technology

About the role
• This is not a technical support role. You will be the primary bridge between our portfolio of brands and an evolving landscape of marketing technologies - advising, enabling, and co-creating with brand managers to unlock what is possible.
What you will do • Act as the internal consultant for brand teams across Tolaram's portfolio - translating business objectives into technology-enabled solutions • Stay ahead of the MarTech landscape - from social listening and AI content tools to agentic commerce protocols, and bring forward-looking recommendations to brand leads • Lead the evaluation, piloting, and adoption of AI-powered tools including generative content, campaign automation, consumer intelligence, and personalisation platforms • Define and own the MarTech product roadmap in collaboration with the AI & Digital Innovation team • Work with internal and external developers, BSPs, and vendors to deliver integrated solutions - from WhatsApp API activations to analytics pipelines • Build and present compelling business cases for technology investments, including ROI framing and risk assessment • Champion data-driven decision making - connecting campaign performance signals to brand strategy through dashboards, attribution models, and consumer journey analytics • Train and upskill brand managers on new tools, creating internal playbooks and adoption frameworks
What we are looking for:
Must-have • 5+ years in MarTech, Digital Marketing, or Product Management • Extreme curiosity and hunger to learn technology & Marketing • Hands-on experience with AI tools & Agentic AI • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution, and consumer journey tracking • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into brand-friendly language • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across brand, tech, and agency teams • Excellent written and verbal communication - you can run a product sprint
Good-to-have • Experience in FMCG, CPG, or multi-brand environments • Familiarity with platforms like Meltwater, GA4, Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business API • Exposure to agentic AI frameworks or emerging commerce protocols MCP, UCP • Experience in West African or emerging markets • Background in Lean, Agile, or structured product delivery methodologies
