About

The MarTech Product Lead is responsible for driving technology product management across marketing transformation initiatives. This role leads cross-functional agile teams to deliver high-value digital marketing solutions, aligning business goals with technology execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product management for marketing technology platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Target).
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog; align strategy with execution.
  • Collaborate with solution architects for technology solutioning across transformation projects.
  • Conduct workshops with business and technology stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize the agile backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Partner with product, engineering, UX, QA, and business teams to drive the product lifecycle.
  • Oversee planning artifacts including timelines, dependencies, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Mentor team members and influence cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, including engagement with senior leadership.

Skills & Experience

  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • 10+ years of digital project experience, with 4–5+ years in product owner roles.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Adobe suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Understanding of generative AI and its applications in marketing.
  • Proven experience in digital strategy and roadmap development in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
