Role Description

The Math Success Manager is a full-time on-site position located in Bethel Park, PA. The role involves supporting educators in implementing Innovamat’s math curriculum through training, coaching, and ongoing collaboration. Key responsibilities include facilitating professional development workshops, providing continuous mentorship to teachers, and addressing any challenges related to curriculum adoption and execution. You will collaborate with the teacher community, provide insights to optimize teaching strategies, and ensure that students and educators alike benefit from an enriching math experience. The Math Success Manager also gathers feedback to inform curricular improvements and plays a role in fostering strong partnerships with schools.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in mathematics and familiarity with competency-based and personalized learning methodologies
• Experience in delivering teacher training, coaching, or professional development workshops
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for education, commitment to fostering excellent mathematical foundations, and the ability to engage and support educators
• Previous experience in a K-12 education environment is highly valued
• Familiarity with classroom technologies and innovative teaching tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse international team
