Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Maximo Mobile Solutions Developer, you will take charge of designing, implementing, and supporting Maximo mobile solutions tailored to our clients' business needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as project managers, business analysts, and team leaders will be essential to ensure successful project delivery and optimal customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and architecture of Maximo Application Suite (MAS) mobile solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration. • Develop comprehensive technical specifications aligning with client business processes to guide development. • Provide expert knowledge on MAS Mobile application functions, workflows, data structures, and interfaces. • Oversee the development and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MAS Mobile and associated applications. • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and Maximo enhancements to offer innovative solutions to clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Significant experience as a Maximo Mobile Developer or Technical Architect, specializing in IBM Maximo EAM or the Maximo Application Suite. • In-depth knowledge of Maximo architecture, including application server configurations, database structures, and system integrations. • Proficiency in Java/J2EE, SQL, XML, and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Experience in Maximo customization using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), Automation Scripting, and Java-based solutions. • Proven experience in integrating mobile and desktop components through APIs. • Familiarity with Maximo Application Suite Mobile Solutions. • Capability to configure mobile user interfaces using XML and Graphite. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues to provide effective solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients. • Experience working in an Agile environment. • Maximo certifications (e.g., IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management) are a plus.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Additional Skills: • Familiarity with Maximo Application Suite (MAS). • Understanding of Cloud Computing or certifications in AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud. • Knowledge of Docker, images, containers, Kubernetes, and OpenShift. • Experience with DevOps tools such as Ansible and Jenkins.
