MEAN / MERN Fullstack developer

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at LDU, you will have the opportunity to be part of the founding team and take on the responsibility of overseeing the end-to-end technology aspects of the company. Your role will involve:

- Working closely with the founders to explore cutting-edge technologies such as AI/ML, blockchain, computer vision, etc., and integrating them across the tech-stack. - Developing a long-term technology and product strategy, along with an implementation roadmap to scale the business by 100X. - Designing and implementing solutions across the entire technology stack, covering front-end, back-end, infrastructure, architecture, server-side engineering, UI, etc., aligned with the company's strategic direction. - Enhancing the user experience and increasing the online presence of the D2C website. - Facilitating team communication and reducing technical costs by providing assistance to team members. - Collaborating with various teams including marketing, customer success, design, and operations to implement new product features and growth initiatives efficiently. - Rapidly prototyping product designs and utilizing a wide range of techniques to execute technical requirements. - Establishing processes to monitor KPIs across product and technology, ensuring the achievement of targets. - Leading and managing the technology team, comprising engineering, product, and Quality Assurance personnel. - Enjoying an awesome work culture with benefits like flexible work timings, casual dress code, and snacks.

- Hands-on experience in full stack development across web and mobile technologies, with a proven track record of scaling businesses. - Proficiency in working across stacks like MEAN, MERN, LAMP, etc. - Ability to build scalable products and fault-tolerant infrastructure using modern technologies. - Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in agile and data-driven platforms. - Capability to code across various domains such as big data, mobile apps, AI & ML, analytics, DevOps, etc., while guiding the team strategically. - Strong execution skills and a proactive approach to achieving goals. - Leadership qualities to recruit and develop a high-performing technology team. - Experience as a founder or part of a founding team is advantageous but not mandatory. - Background in the Fashion/Apparel industry is a plus.
