About the role
Overview
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support MEPF construction projects from pre-construction to closeout. This role involves coordinating schedules, material deliveries, RFIs, submittals, takeoffs, estimating support, and other project documentation related to the scope of an MEPF contractor.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules and track key milestones
- Manage material delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers
- Assist with quantity takeoffs and estimating support
- Prepare, issue, and track RFIs and submittals
- Maintain logs for RFIs, submittals, changes, and deliveries
- Support procurement, shop drawing review, and project documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, site staff, vendors, and consultants
- Assist with closeout documents including O&Ms, warranties, and as-builts
Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination within construction or MEPF contracting
- Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Assets
- Experience with takeoffs, estimating, procurement, and change management
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Revit
- Knowledge of Canadian construction drawings and project workflows

Requirements
