About the Role

In this position, you will have the opportunity to actively shape our printing machine operation and process automation systems with state-of-the-art technologies and successfully implement diverse technical projects. This will allow you to make an important contribution to the further development of our next generation of machines.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Development and realization of new mechanical solutions within the product development process in an interdisciplinary environment
• Responsibility for one or more product families regarding their maintenance and further development
• Conducting feasibility studies and experiments
• Support of operational departments with assembly and manufacturing-related questions

What You Bring

• University degree in mechanical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Experience with printing, pharmaceutical, or medtech is an advantage
• Experience with CAD/PLM systems, preferably SolidWorks and Windchill
• Good knowledge of design and drawing techniques and ideally knowledge of ISO-GPS, knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Strong eye for detail as well as analytical, structured, and methodical way of working
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing are mandatory
