Are you a passionate engineering student eager to work on cutting-edge agricultural robotics? At Pixelfarming Robotics, we're pushing the boundaries of technology to create sustainable and autonomous solutions for the future of farming.

As a Mechanical Engineering Intern, you'll dive headfirst into real-world challenges, working alongside our experienced team to refine and enhance Robot One-our advanced weeding robot. Your project will involve a either designing, testing or improving a feature of Robot One. Examples are improving precision of positioning with gyroscopic sensors or optimizing the signal lights.

What you will do:

• Research and test innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with software and electronics engineers to intergrate the systems.
• Design, prototype and improve components.
• Gain hands-on experience in a fast evolving sector.

What we are looking for:

• A mechanical or mechatronics engineering student (HBO/WO).
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Experience with CAD programs like Solidworks or Fusion 360 is a plus!
• Driving license B

During your internship you will work at our campus in Almkerk. In the midst of the countryside lies our headquarters where we design and test our robots. Because our goal is to create healthy food from healthy soil, we of course offer great lunches. You will become a solid part of our team and enjoy the various drinks and parties.
