Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Engineering Manager at Chenbro Micom, located in Austin, TX. The Mechanical Engineering Manager will lead and oversee engineering teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure the creation of high-quality mechanical designs for server and PC chassis. Daily responsibilities include project planning, team coordination, optimizing engineering processes, and utilizing design tools like CAD to develop innovative solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet production and quality standards is a critical aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and a strong understanding of mechanical systems and processes • Demonstrated experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership • Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery within timelines and budgets • Expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for mechanical systems and components • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field • Experience in the server or data center industries is a plus • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Austin, TX
