Mechanical Engineering Project Manager

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants. The Project Manager will also define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules; managing project teams, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress; identifying and mitigating project risks; ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle; communicating project status to all stakeholders; and managing vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, coupled with a proven track record of successfully managing complex mechanical engineering projects. Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a solid understanding of project management methodologies. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus. You should be proficient in project management software and possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
