Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to define functional and performance requirements (e.g., reliability, serviceability, manufacturability) and translate these into clear, robust specifications for OEM partners.
- Evaluate design concepts for specialized electromechanical systems and manage design, prototype development, manufacturing, and validation until final product release.
- Travel to OEM sites to monitor manufacturing quality and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
- Review, approve, and coordinate technical documentation packages including drawings, specifications, test plans, and operation/service manuals.
- Work with internal technical organization to assess system performance against specifications, support installations, ensure service readiness, and escalate technical issues to OEM.

- Proven experience in program or project management within an engineering environment.
- Experience working closely with interdisciplinary teams and leading project teams technically.
- Strong analytical skills including experience in system testing, fault analysis, and systematic troubleshooting at component, assembly, and system levels.
- Knowledge of at least one structured programming language (e.g., C#).
