Mechanical Engineer/Senior Engineer- Fully Automatic Coffee Machine

Location: Stuttgart, Germany or Milan,Italy

Job Responsibilities:

• R&D Leadership: Responsible for the research and development of fully automatic coffee machines; oversee the entire product development lifecycle and resolve technical issues arising during the process.
• Technology Innovation: Conduct research, technical stockpiling, and development of new coffee machine technologies.
• Independent Product Development: Manage product development independently, including the preparation of product development plans, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and product specifications.
• Professional Skills: Possess strong communication skills, the ability to achieve self-breakthroughs in new technical fields, and a strong sense of teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 8 years of experience in structural development for home appliances; prior experience in the design of fully automatic coffee machines is highly preferred.
• Core Competencies: Strong learning and innovation capabilities, analytical skills, communication and coordination abilities, as well as planning and time management skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with plastic and hardware (metal) mold processes.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in using Creo and standard office software.
• Process Mastery: Familiar with product development workflows and manufacturing processes, with a strong mindset for innovative thinking.
