In this role you will participate in delivering complete integrated solution, define engineering rules and standard to support and promote Alstom standardization approach across all Train Design Sites (19 worldwilde).

Your missions
- Define the inventory of current Alstom Gangways, Couplers, Cabin External Doors, Wipers, Foortrest solutions, participate to requirements mapping, architecture rationalization, module standardization and standard integration.
- Contribute to define standards solutions per Alstom product line, taking into account all constraints of train architecture, fitting layout, equipment integration, cost, manufacturability, maintenance, performances such as aeraulic, acoustic, thermal comfort, lighting performance, etc…
- Contribute for definition of Metier Rules, Best Practice and Standard solution catalogue.
- Collaborate with DTC (Design To Cost), Industrial team and CDSi (Component Development Site Interiors)

- Mechanical Engineering Master or equivalent, at least 5-8 years of experience in mechanical integration within an engineering department in the transport sector, ideally in railway.
- Desirable : Experience in detailed design (train manufacturer or supplier), Experience in transversal activities (aeraulic, lighting, etc…)
- Strong knowledge of design and mechanical integration.
- Knowledge of Catia V5 for modelling and PDM solution to manage digital mock-up (DMA, enovia)
- Structured, organized, hands-on and pro-active approach
- English at professional level
- Some Travels abroad to be planned
