A leading engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver projects in Germany. Reporting to the Construction Director, the role involves full responsibility for project delivery from early stages through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Full life cycle management of mechanical projects
• Control of programme, budget, and scope
• Coordination with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Leadership and management of site-based project teams
• Timely delivery of reports, updates, and project documentation
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and client requirements
• Driving a strong health & safety culture
• Supporting performance management and training needs

Experience Required

• 5+ years' experience in a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role
• Relevant third-level qualification
• Strong background in budgeting, contracts, and scheduling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and leadership capability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
