• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial mechanical project management.
• Proven track record in managing large, complex HVAC and plumbing projects.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling and financial tracking mechanisms.
• Familiarity with project management software platforms is essential.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams effectively.
