As a Mechanical Reliability Engineer, you will apply technical knowledge to deliver continuous improvement in principles and problem-solving techniques in asset reliability through the detection and elimination of defects.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to deliver continuous improvement in principles and problem-solving techniques in asset reliability through the detection and elimination of defects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of related work experience.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to Indianapolis, IN.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in maintenance process management.
• Background in rotating equipment, seals, piping, pumps, fans, blowers and material handling equipment.
• Experience creating complex tests and analysis.
• Predictive maintenance technologies experience.
• Experience with SAP.
• BS degree in mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering with 1-2 years of experience within manufacturing environments/facilities.
• Understanding of equipment operation, mechanical component design, equipment breakdown, and mechanics to troubleshoot technical issues and perform preventive maintenance for industrial machinery such as seals, piping, pumps, fans, blowers and material handling equipment.
• SAP experience.
• Open to industries including food manufacturing, oil, gas, mining, chemical manufacturing, medical, automotive, aerospace, and military background.
