Job Summary – Paid Social Lead (North America)
The Paid Social Lead will own the end‑to‑end strategy, execution, and optimization of large‑scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and emerging platforms. Reporting on performance, managing multi‑million‑dollar budgets, and collaborating with Creative, Brand, PR, Organic Social, and Performance Marketing teams are core to the role. The leader will also serve as the primary liaison with media agencies and platform partners, translate data‑driven insights into full‑funnel recommendations, and mentor junior talent. Success hinges on deep expertise in paid social tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Sprinklr), strong analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, retail/e‑commerce environment.
